PROMULGATING THE MODEL REGULATION ON ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION OF LIBRARIES OF DISTRICTS, TOWNS AND

This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces the Culture and Information Minister’s Decision No. 115-VHTT/QD of August 29, 1979(Summary)
