DECISION
ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE PEOPLE-FUNDED HO CHI MINH UNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES AND INFORMATICS
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;
Proceeding from Decree No 15-CP of the 2nd of March, 1993, on the tasks, powers and State managerial responsibility of the Ministries and ministerial level Agencies;
The proposal of the Minister of Education and Training (no 6295/TCCB on the 12th of September, 1994),
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To allow the establishment of the People-Funded Ho Chi Minh University of Foreign Languages and Informatics.
Article 2.- The People-Funded Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Informatics is a training center of university level under the State management of the Ministry of Education and Training. It has the status of a juridical entity and its own seal and bank accounts.
The diplomas and certificates issued by the People-Funded Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Informatics shall belong to the national system of diplomas and certificates.
Article 3.- The People-Funded Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages and Informatics organizes and operates according to law, the regulation on people-funded universities issued by the Ministry of Education and Training, and the University Regulation approved by the Minister of Education and Training.
Article 4.- The Minister of Education and Training, the Ministers, the Heads of ministerial level agencies and the agencies attached to the Government, and the Presidents of the People�s Committees of the concerned provinces and cities directly under the Central Government, are responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
