CIRCULAR
ON AMENDMENTS TO THE LIST OF LEVEL IV COLLEGE/UNIVERSITY EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUED TOGETHER WITH CIRCULAR NO. 14/2010/TT-BGDDT DATED APRIL 27, 2010 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/ND-CP dated April 18, 2012 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, entitlements and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/ND-CP dated March 19th 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/ND-CP of the Government dated August 02, 2006 providing guidance on Law on Education; Decree No. 31/2011/ND-CP dated May 11, 2011 on amendments to Decree No. 75/2006/ND-CP dated August 02, 2006 of the Government; Decree No. 07/2013/ND-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government on amendments to Point b Clause 13 Article 1 of Decree No. 31/2011/ND-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 38/2009/QD-TTg dated March 9, 2009 of the Prime Minister promulgating List of education and training of national education system;
At the request of Director of Department of higher education,
The Minister of Education and Training promulgates a Circular on amendments to the List of level IV college/university education and training:
Article 1. A number of academic disciplines mentioned in the List of level IV college/university education and training issued together with Circular No. 14/2010/TT-BGDDT dated April 4, 2010 of the Minister of Education and Training shall be amended.
Article 2. This Circular comes into force from September 20, 2013.
Article 3. Chief Officers, Director of Department of higher education, Heads of units affiliated to the Ministry of Education and Training, Directors of universities, institutes, Principals of universities and colleges shall implement this Circular.
