DECISION

PROMULGATING THE PROVISIONAL LIST OF JOBS AND WORKS THAT ARE HARD, HAZARDOUS, DANGEROUS, JOBS AND WORKS THAT ARE PARTICULARLY HARD, HAZARDOUS, AND DANGEROUS

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 15/CP dated March 02nd 1993, stipulating the State management tasks, authority, and responsibility of the Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 96/CP dated December 07th 1993, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and the organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to the Labor Code dated March 26th 1994;

After obtaining the opinions from the Ministry of Health in the Official Dispatch No. 6195/VS dated July 29th 1996.

DECIDES:

Article 1. Promulgating together with this Decision the provisional “List of jobs and works that are hard, hazardous, dangerous”, and “List of jobs and works that are particularly hard, hazardous, and dangerous”.

Article 2. The workers doing the jobs and works in Article 1 are eligible for the regime for labor protection, salaries, and social insurance prescribed in the Labor Code and its guiding documents.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect on the date on which it is signed.
